To supervise a provisional license holder
you MUST have held a full UK driving licence for three years or more.
You MUST be over the age of 21.
Your license MUST cover that particular catagory of vehicle as does the provisional.
The insurance has to cover both persons the supervisor and the supervised for use of That Particular vehicle.
If you fail to meet all four of the requirements you would be acting outside of the insurance and therefore not be legally covered by the insurance company and the Cops Will tow your car away (S136a road a traffic act)

You have to have been doing it for three years and be over twenty one - I want my brother to take me out (I'm a learner) but he is too young so I have to stick with my dad!
