Looking at inmate information and under case No. it says WADHOLD with bail amount next to it.

That means that the person is being held for another agency. The initials WAD would stand for that agency. not knowing where you're from Icouldn't guess which agency. It is probably a county within your state because a hold for another state would be a fugitive hold and usually has no bail.
