Wow. Just got a warning from a friend i knew from jack in the box, i was going 70 in a 65. turning off the next road about a mile out.

Ok so i see this older cop car, looked decommissioned. 1993 year? Really old.. I started going pass him, then i see on his dash some tools. At the time my radar detector was picking up a radio signal, the big "X" llit up, because it heard somefrequincy****.

Anyways i stopped for a min, then i thought about it, so i just started accelerating, 1/2 mile left turned on the street to gas station, see a BIG red light where the center rearview mirror was, then the spot light uncurling on the right side. Ooooh boy. I knew him for bout a year or two, but still. We talked.
He says "ooh yeah thats why we bought this older decommed car for undercover," i mean i've seen a new stratus? but its easily idtfd.

"Oh yeah the reason why your detector was going off like crazy is becuz i was right behind you. didn't know it, usually i have a radar in the rear windw

Okay, i was talking to a friend in my high school class, and i mentioned to a friend, that I thought a kid in the class was gay, and i didnt taunt that person, but he did happen to hear it. I am wondering if that is Harrassment, because, where exactly does the "Freedom of Speech" Clause step out, and the "Harrassment" Clause step in? I dont think this is b/c i was just telling one of my friends my opinion, and he overheard, how is that harrassment, i didnt actually go up to him and say..."You're Gay!"

Please let me know what you know.

The facts as I know them. (Please correct me where I'm wrong.)

Two Border Agents attempted to apprehend a drug smuggler enterring the US from Mexico illegally. They shot him in the tush, but he was able to escape back to Mexico. The smuggler raised a stink, and was granted full immunity current and future crimes in exchange for his testimony against the Border Agents. The agents were convicted and sentenced to ten years for covering up the incident because they failed to file paperwork properly. I also heard the Federal prosecutor withheld evidence.

Is this what Bush means when he babbles about homeland security - immunizing drug smugglers to nail Border Agents? Have the agents appealed yet?

numerous sources, that's why I'm trying to find out the truth.

A few weeks ago I turned myself in and spent a little over 24 hours in jail before I was released on ROR, released on my own recognizance. I had three warrants, 2 of which are misdemenaors and 1 felony, all for worthless checks. One was for about $168, the other was $63 and the other one was over $215. I have a pre trial coming up, what happens at the pretrial? And why will they not deal with my misdeamonor case until my feloney case is resolved? Do you think I could get jail time? This is my first offense. I've never been in trouble before. I live in the state of Florida and I'm 21 years old. The checks were written over 3 1/2 years ago. Please help and give me any information you know on something like this. I'd apprecaite it!

Can a person file a aggravated harassment charge for receiving too many emails?
They are not threatening, just annoying. Like a constant drip.
1-2 a day?
