Can a person file a aggravated harassment charge for receiving too many emails?
They are not threatening, just annoying. Like a constant drip.
1-2 a day?

Go register his address in a bunch of surveys offering free stuff.

Yes, Harassment over any communication device is "Aggrevated Harassment", but there must be some sort of threat involved...If your ISP has a block feature (like aol) you can block them or you can just change your e-mail address.

Sounds like you are talking about spam. Mark the email as spam and your computer will dump it in your bulk file.

This is not considered harassment. Like you say, it's just an annoyance.

i don't think there is such a thing, harassment is harassment unless you threaten to do bodily harm then it's terroristic threats. no such thing as aggravated harassment.
