and from where he or at he stole $4,200 dollars worth of things form wal-mart. what is going to happen? are they going to hold him until they set a court date or what? i don't understand. all i know is that he is in alot of trouble. if you know anything about what will happen please help.

My daughter in law made a payment by phone for a bill to be paid from her husbands bank account , she gave the wrong account number on purpose. The payment was made out of a customers account in a town 60 miles away. It was traced back to her . Well the law came and arraingments were made and the money was paid back. Now the victim wants to press charges , what charges could be charged.

Can practical jokes be punished by the law? More specifically, sticky noting someone's car and then saran wrapping it. Nothing that can damage property.

They hang around our gas Station all day and all night with our stolen squegees. They will scrab people's windscreens when they stop by for gas and beg money.. they rummage in our dustbins, discarding trash around the receptacle... Sometimes they will walk into the store when it is busy and congested and try to shoplift grocery...

When I ask them to leave they tell me they've been doing it for years before I got hired there... When I call police at the non-emergency #, the dispatched policeman explains to me he don't find anything wrong with them working there. They've been there for years and they aint' criminals..

Their presence negatively influences our business. Some customers tell me if they weren't almost out of Gas they wouldn't have pulled up here.. They even solicit from cops and aint afraid of them.. I replace the squegees everyday, sometimes we get written up by mystery shoppers when squeegees are missing at pumps.. Am I overreacting or are cops neglecting their duty?

Is it possible? This person has never got so much as a speeding ticket in their life. Model citizen if it this had not happened. Never was arrested, but booked, went to court and had to pay restitution and be on probation for 12 mos. Has to go back in the summer and have case reviewed. There is a possibility they may have to do 45 days still, and probably do the huber thing, where they can work then have to go back in the pen. If this person has been a squeaky clean person since this happened and went thru probation spotless and paid restititution in full and had a full time job, could they still go to jail? Can this ever get cleared off their record????? Remember this person never so much had a speeding ticket in their life and nothing since this incident. ****Serious replys only please****

Cars kill more people in the UK than guns and axe murderes. They poison the air with there deadly imissions and loud music.
The horse and buggy and bike would make the world a healthier place.
I would make an exception for lorrys, as we need the shops re filling with food.

for example, if i were to steal a sweet from a shop i'd probably get five years or more in prison. on the other hand, a guy kills his wife and all the evidence is there; what does the law do? this is a life we talking about not a sweet! i say the death penalty should be brought back. innocent five year olds are being raped and what is getting done about it? NOTHING!!! Its a sick world we're living in.

If you are on patrol and someone runs hysterically to your patrol car… looking at the person hand you can see what appears to be a weapon of some sort. You know its something in their hands but you cannot make out what it is… since it’s dark. What do you do since the weapon may be directed towards you…? I mean a slit-second decision may make a difference… do you shout police… drop your weapon or do you just shoot as you may be threatened by an unidentified weapon which could turn out to be a firearm?

Last night there was a lot of Policing going on all over the place as
with yesterday, I saw those gorgeous men in blue in their white
chargers running down some perps, it was the biggest turn on
ever, do other people get as excited as I do when those men in
blue are on their streets, when they went past me with those
