Could you elaborate? I'm assuming you mean alcohol. You can legally drink (at a legal age) at home or in a designated area (i.e. the bar, club, pub, etc). Nonetheless, this varies by the law in each country (and each country's province/state). For example, the age limit to drink alcohol in Canada varies between the ages of 18 and 19 years old. I live in Ontario, Canada -- the age limit is 19 years old. I cannot drink in this province. However, if I were to go to Quebec, Canada, it would be 18 years old and I would be able to drink.

Um, are you asking this question with means of having NO certain age limit? if so, then mexico has a law where as long as you can see over the bar, then your allowed to drink. so if ur a talllll 15year old, u just got lucky.

but every state or country has their own legal age limit... canada is 19 years of age...most states in the united states, run around 21 years of age..
