BREAKING AND ENTERING and yes you can get arrested for that. Most likely if it is your first offence your'll only get jail time and have to pay restitution, but if you are a criminal with a rap sheet, then it could be classified as a felony offence, and you'll do prison time. It also depends on what type of place you B&E and if they press charges.

breaking and entering..,breaking into a home or business and entering the premises.Yes you can get arrested for it and it could be a felony which means you will never be able to vote or own a gun and wont be able to go into some foreign countries.Oh and not to mention not being able to get a job with law enforcement,or with banks and many lines of employment,Mcdonalds might work for ya.
