Has anyone been recently arrested in detroit for D.U.I and if so how bad were the penalties and did you have an attorney. I was arrested on saturday and it was the worst experience of my life. I know that never is a long time but I will never operate a vehicle drunk again. It was hell.

Hope you can help. Husband and I were nearly breaking up. I left home late night as i was really upset, and he was devastated that i left. I agreed to come back to him. He was having a nervous breakdown in the car, and was really worried about me, as it was really late night and i was on my own. So he was speeding to come pick me up, he was crying, and having a panic attack. he passed 3 cameras and 4 red traffic lights. will his licence be banned? how long for? do police ever let you off if you tell them the reason he was speeding? He is a very good driver, and is always always careful. It was just that date he did this. we both made up, but we're both worried about his driving licence. any tips advice part from not to speed again? what can we do? how long does it take for the letter to come to our house saying he cant drive anymore? we're both really worried. i asked him did you see cameras flash, he said he is pretty sure it did, but not 100% as he was in so much tears

I have been threatened by the drug dealing students with a knife and I have been assulted by the hot headed redneck.

After the assult, I reported it to the police. Now the redneck and friends sh*T all over my lawn. They poisioned a stray cat and threw it in my back yard. They have egged my house. I have heard from other neighbors they have been slandering me with everyone that attends their weekly acohol and drug parties. So I turn out to be the bad guy. I want to do something that will stop the harrassment and moving is not an option. I will not be ran out of my house by these people.

If my parents reported me missing because I stopped contacting them for no reason and did not come home on a plane they got me a ticket for, and I went to a big city and tried to find a job because I do not want to live at home with them and I failed college but do not want to come home but I dont want to tell them I just want to disappear and get a job in a big city. on may 1st 2005..i was arrested in butler county ohio...i was transported to hillsboro ohio....i was charged with 7 counts of misuse of credit card....they are all felony 5..which carries 1 year for each....i have been out on bond for the whole time....ive not heard from my lawyer in 6 months..ive called her multiple times...she is a great attorney..she was a prosecutor for the city of colunbus ohio for 27 years.....they have video's of the man who committes the crimes...he is tall and shaved head like me...but u can tell it is not me...i have tried to ask for hand writing analises
i was in hamilton ohio at the time of the offense..i was fighting with my ex g/f....she will testify for me saying i was in hamilton if she has to..she is being cool about that..she knows it was not me.....they offered me 33 months if i plead guilty....i said F_UCK U...i did not do it...i am scared i could do 7 years ..lose kids and family.....all for something i did not do......WHAT CAN I DO..PLEASE HELP
