I didnt do the crime just know the *#*$$ that did 3rd time back to prison for same crime I think ALL states would extradite over that so does florida????

I assume that any state in the union would extradite - but its very crime dependent.
If its a minor felony (like my ex's) they generally ignore it even it its within state.
But is sounds like you're individual has been found guilty more than once so that doesn't bode well.
Move on...
