How much trouble can you get into if you say you were going to kill someone and that person went to the police with a tape recording and filed a complaint. a fine, probation, house arrest, jail time, community service. what would most likely happen?

sorry dude but ur prolly going to county lockup for that one. if u are extremely extremely lucky u may just get a long probation
depends on ur age and if you've ever been in trouble b4...also grab up a lawyer quick

Documented threats can be worse than actually battery (hitting someone). Be smarter than to get caught on tape. Just learn to walk away. Pride is going to land you in jail and your adversary is going to outsmart you.
