Yes, all the states extradite between themselves, and most are connected by computer these days. If you try to get a Fla drivers license or get stopped for a minor traffic violation, your warrant will show up, and it would be back to Nebraska

depends on the severity of the warrant. Is it a misdemenor or felony?? If it is only a misdemenor then they probably wont extradite because extradition is extremely costly possibly exceeding the amount of your ticket or fine. If it is a felony, then yes, they have to extradite. Call the law enforcement office in Nebraska and find out what to do to clear up your warrant. They cant arrest you over the phone so dont be scared to answer questions. Hopefully you didnt flee to Florida from Nebraska and hopefully this warrant was just an oversight on your part???

You need to find out if Florida has 'reciprocity' with Nebraska. It also depends on the severity of the crime you committed before you fled Nebraska. Either way, be a man (or woman) and pay for the crime you comitted. Good Luck.

Depends on what the warrant is for. And as a Florida resident, I suggest whoever it is that has a warrant out on them go back and take care of it before coming here.

Obviously if it is a failure to appear for traffic tickets, or something minor, no.

That depends soley on what the crime was...some crimes, the state will not take you beyond a certain distance from the state....
It's like the state doesn't want you back... Don't come back or you will be arrested so to speak.
If the crime is bad enough, they will come get you anywhere.

Yes, but extradition is expensive, so unless it was a serious crime, they probably wont bother.
