The very process of where the no-fly information is received from is so blasted secret, it is entirely possible that all warrant information is gotten by the Feds, but since it is a civil process and not criminal, the chance may be much smaller.
The biggest problem here is that you never know until you try. I can tell you though that if your vehicle or yourself gets stopped by a law enforcement officer anywhere in the state where any type of warrant has been issued, you can be arrested because you are in the computer. You decide.

Only if you get caught. Then, yes, you will get arrested. Lucky for you they don't run warrants at the check-in counter.
