I make a left turn when the light was yellow. When I drove in the middle of the intersection, the light turned red. The cops pulled me over and gave me a ticket. Since I am a new driver in LA, I told him I just got my licence for 1 month. And the light was yellow ...but he said" It's too late, Miss. Don't be rush next time" What can I do? Do i need to find a lawyer or just pay for it ?

I never open them and am wondering if this is a FBI sting or what? I wonder what would happen if one were to open the site? I always put the "bulk message" in delete. Ever hear of this?

I have a friend who has finally had a parole review date set for him.

My question is, once parole has been approved, if approved, when are they actually released?

Thank you.

i once had someone remove 100,000 from my investments and they destroyed all evidence [so they thought] but i was able to untangle that web in less than a month, and prepared an option to which she gladly accepted upon advice from her lawyer. that was 15 years ago so i have learned more about the law and what to do if that would ever happen again. fortunately, i have great friends and would find it hard to believe that someone would do that, and if they did, refuse an balanced offer knowing full well what the difference is between risk and reward.

5 months ago, I bought a condo in Illinois.Three weeks after I moved in, I recieved a letter by mail from the management of the building. They notified the owner of the unit (me!) that the severe damage in the foundation that they talked about before, was getting worse. They confirmed that the damage was so severe that might cause the building to shut down for safety purposes. They asked the unit owners to pay for the repair. They asked me, also, to pay $12,080 for the repair ! The total cost of repair is $604,000 by estimate. Because of the "fraud" and "knowingly failure to disclose the true condition of the property", I sued the seller. 3 month later, court told me that they couldn't find the defendants, and as a result I have to find their address, then I can sue them! I know they moved to Palatine recently. I can not afford a lawyer. I need help to find them, and invite them to the court of Law. Does anybody know how can I get help? Can anybody help me represent my case in court?

I live in Texas, and the Fort Worth Police Department is hiring for Police Officer Trainees. I think something that I did in my past will hurt me though. It happened when I was 17 years old with a friend. We went to court, received deferred adjudication, community service and then it was done. Do you think this will make them deny me or even consider my application???

I gave my 30 day notice at my apartment on October 30th. I have two people that won't leave my apartment. They have been there since October 1st. I moved out October 15th. They said that since they have been residing in the apartment for more than 72 hours, they legally have the right to stay until my 30 day notice is up. (Nov. 30th) They have not paid any rent and are not on the lease. Can I call the police and have them removed for trespassing? Or do they really have the legal right to stay until the end of the month? Are they really considered legal tenants now?

Is there anything else you can do? I have tried to contact the person they ignore me, i email, phone, go by their house and they are not there or they tell me an empty promise that they are going to pay me. Is there ways to get them arrested for not paying? What about warrants, or liens against property that they own? How about filing it with a credit baurea?

Lately, photo radar tickets in my neighborhood are out of control. The thing that annoys me most about them is that they seem almost impossible to contest. If I went five miles over the limit in a specific area of a busy street, how would I know? Worse, they don't even post signs telling you if photo radar is in use.

I think that it's wrong, as well. I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of speed camera. Machines are broken all the time. Tell that to the driver/victim.

What's the best way to beat photo radar, or the ticket, if you get one?

Two questions related to this topic!

1) If a firework landed on your car, is it likely to do damage? I'm just wondering because they're obviously flying around all over the place tonight, and I just wonder whether anyone's actually had their car damaged by one, or maybe even if one's landed on them!

2) Is it just where I am, or are their stupid people everywhere? Obviously people are going over the field to let off fireworks at night, because when I go there in the morning, there are sticks stuck in the ground all over the place. I get so angry, because my dog bounds around and has nearly stabbed himself several times. If you're going to light fireworks in public places, can't you just take your sticks with you? Or even pull them out of the ground and lay them on the floor, so they're not sticking out and endangering anyone!
