I live in Queensland, Australia. With our strict firearm licensing, I was just wondering if I would need a license. Although it may not be classed as a firearm, it is still a deadly weapon.

Depends on the state. If you go to your state website and do a search of the consolidated laws, you should be able to find out. Or you can call your local police department and just ask.

No you do not in Colorado, but it would help to have one, if the arrow didn't work.
