Law Enforcement & Police - November 2006

This persons name is Paul Beverly, he is an antique dealer, currently he is in africa, on a dealer buying spree, I have talked to him for a while now, he got sick was in the hospital, he used all his money, so i am guessing he is broke, He wants me to give him my address so he can send me some money orders to cash and send the money back to him, I dont know this man well enough to do this, i only know him by computer, I no longer want him on my yahoo, or my ims either, is there any way some one can check into this person, and let me know if he is legal or not or a con artist, This is worring me quite a bit, i have an uneasy feeling about this man, He is currently in east africa, He was in a hospital over there, a dr by the name of Ed Morris was taking care of him, Dr Morris though i was Paul Beverly friend, because Paul told him this, I dont know this man, could u please help me to figure this out,Please send me a reply, sincerely Margaret

i took my car to repair shop and they guy told me one week it should be ready well it wasnt he ask me to give him a little more time so i said ok so iwent back 2 weeks later to check on it and the shop was closed down no forward address nothing i have his cell but he will no longer answer my calls i called the police and they said its nothing they could do because i took the car there so its not theft. i took my car august 29 and he still has my car i dont know how to contact him but by cell but he want answer..i have left mess..that if he needed money let me know he want respond i have stated that if he has done any work on the car i will pay even if my car is not running i just would like it back because it has taken to long. but still no response please tell me what should i do without getting into any trouble and remember i have no way of contacting this guy but i do know that the cell phone number is correct because he answered once when i called from a pay phone. help me???

A friend ask if he could borrow my registered gun for a day or two. He promised you would take care of it. He said he was going out of town and he would feel safer if he had it with him. I reluctantly said yes. I've felt uneasy the whole time he had it. It's a 38 Smith and Wessan revolver. It only holds 5 bullets and those bullets were gone when he brought it back. I ask him about it and he said he just wanted to try the gun out and he did out in the country. Now I'm worried. What if he committed a crime. Then gives me back the gun and I don't know anything. If the police trace the bullets and find out it's my gun, can I be charged with the crime? A revolver doesn't leave shell cassings behind. I wish I'd never done this . I'll never do it again. I might just be paranoid for nothing. I hope so.

you know what i'm talking about....the young (usually young) punks and thugs whose cars are their everything in life. They devote all their time and money to turning their cars into "hoopties" because they watched "The Fast and the Furious" one too many times. And then they buy the biggest stereo the can find and drive around with the bass cranked up. And how come the cops never do a goddamn thing about it?

Now in Florida, got drunk driving, did some jail time, out on probation... Is it legal to leave the state of Florida permenatly while on probation. Can terms of probation be transfered to another state? Some kid told my brother and cousin I could take you down. So they decided to play. When they mean take you down is fight you and take you to the ground. Then the dad of the kid came and choked my brother and threw him to the ground. The kid actually started taking it serious by fighting with my relatives and he never told his dad that it was his fault.
