In Korea, witnesses to a crime get beaten in order to refresh their memories.
In the US, a lot of suspects deserve the beating whether they committed the crime or not.

It is human nature. Look at the middle east with their beheadings or the public humiliation of the britains, the cane beatings of the orient. Its not and american value.

In America, human rights is a keystone of our democracy.

However, one should at least act human to deserve them. We are presently dealing with people who would cut your damned head off just to make another video.

police value all police do it they love to hurt and torture people thats why only other cops go to a cops funeral---not american value a cop value all around the world

If you mean an "American", I would say not. Of course there are some bad and immoral cops who do this. They need to be weeded out and placed into custody themselves (cops don't last long in prison)
