As a male lifeguard, in the summertime, I always drove home without a shirt on. People always said that I could be pulled over and given a ticket for that. I understand why it would be illegal for women but would it be for men as well? I have always wondered about that.

I often check our local state registry for our county. This guy is a registered sex offender but listed as non-designated. I'm not sure what this means. The reason for my question is to find out if he is legally allowed to roam near the local grade school...I happen to see him the other day after dropping my child off...it turned my stomache to say the least...I contact our local sheriffs dept. and the main man wasn't in but the officer I spoke with said according to his file he seen no limitation or restriction of where this guy can walk and to call back Monday and disscuss it with the sheriff. I did confirm with the officer that this person is indeed a registered sex offender, I also heard thru small town gossip it may have been with a girl who was between 14-16...still regaurdless of age this "child" was still under the age of 18....please explain this non-designated.....to me....im racking my brain here!

I was told they look first on top of the wardrobe in the master bedroom as most people think this is a 'safe' place. But what places do they tend not to look. I once kept money in my freezer but this did not freeze the cost of things in the shops

he even has an idea of who did it.. it was a customer at a laundrymat. he got his phone records and found out that the thief made calls. he called them up and asked them to get back with him if they find out who it is. he even offered a $100 reward. he also went to the cingular store and asked them for help but they didnt. im just confused. if the phone has a chip, why cant they trace it. what can he do to get his phone back?

I love my India but I hate the Indian administration and police. They r 100% corrupted. If u have money then u can sale drugs from a police station. If u have money then u can b a doctor or engineer very easily no need to study and merit. Have u ever seen hell? Please come India and see it. Here who rapes they get award. I was going 69 (officer dropped it down) in a 60. It will apparently be a $75 fine and 2pts off my license, but I would like to prevent my license from being penalized. Also, is it possible to reschedule court dates (I'm a university student, and can't show up for my said court date)
