It depends on why the police would shoot you. If you have just commited a capital offense and are trying to escape or if you are endangering others, its not gonna matter what color your wallet is.

It doesn't really matter does it? If somebody doesn't willfully put themselves in a position to warrant police contact then it never becomes an issue.
