If your friend is someone you think would have an outstanding warrant, I don't think you should let him stay at your house anyway. But what you can do is go to your city's courthouse website and most of them will have a list of people with outstanding warrants.

You ask:

how do i check to see if a friend has on outstanding warrant? if so i can't let him stay at my house?

****************************

Well, you can't find out, unless you want to turn them in.

And what would the warrant be for? A traffic ticket? or is this person an AXE MURDERER ? Find that out first before answering the second part of your question.

Call the county sheriffs they will have all warrants on record. Some counties actually post them on the internet.

talk to a cop and he'll tell how to do it ; he will probably tell you to go to local cop shop and ask , or just call up and ask; I've done it ; I had my girlfriend arrested on old warrants with just one call. it was better than whooping her @ss.
