I would gues that its around 68 %.
Over half the people I have met have admitted to taking illegal drugs at some point in their lives and a lot of them still do.

According to High Times magazine (which is a little biased) approximately 30% of all Americans have used marijuana in the last year. Useage of other stronger drugs is lower about 18 to 20% of population.

more than half a lot of them are leaders up on capital hill now . remember the hippie flower child days . i tried them back in the day myself.lol
