is it illegal or something to rent out a house that was used as a meth lab?we just moved out of a chemically smelling house that was making our asthmatic son sick. come to find out the people renting before us had a meth lab there. the owners knew and never told us.what is your thought on this? and is it illegal?

Okay so my friends talked about something when we were doing random acts of kindness (RAKs) at church group. One guy said he played Meter Fairy, where he placed coins in peoples parking meters at random. While they did it, a police caught them and told them that it was not allowed.

I believe in some good old fashion Storm Trooper Death Squads to put a violent and graphic end to the drug problem in the US.
The Department of Justice should create it.

Death for everyone involved from the loser user to the drug cartels.

I lied to a police officer in virginia this weekend about my name and he gave me a ticket for identity fraud. What are the likely punishments/sentences? Do I need a lawyer? He said that it is only a misdemeaner, is this true?

okay my sister separeated from her husband nearly 12 months ago. he is being a real prick first he accused my father of molesting mt sister! he then got someone to ring my gandfather and accuse him of the same thing! now my 8 yr old nephew has accused me of molesting him where does a 8 yr old come up with that word!! anyway he told my sister that it happened 18 months ago. and that i sucked his doodle and he played with my boobs now ever since those kids were little they have always touched everyone breast's and i have always told them that you can't do that to women that it's not right!! i have never done anything to my nephew i wouldn't even think about it, it is wrong. DOCS is looking into it atm!! i need to know every possible thing that could happen to me please help me!!!

A friend of mine was on parole and has abscounded for almost 2 & 1/2 months now. Her original crime was for theft, she was sentenced to 5 years in prison, recieved parole after 2 and has been out for 2 1/2 years now with no other convictions at all. She had 1 yr and 9 mo left on parole at the time she abscounded. Just wondering what the worst case scenerio would be...if she would end up going back to prison or just getting some jail time with extended supervision??...I just don't know how it works and am very worried about her situation. Any information would be helpful. Please list sources if available. Thanks!

okay my boyfriend went to rocky point over the weekend and when he was at the border they found fireworks and steroids in the car i am so worried what will happen to him i mean the steroids were for his pitbull and the fireworks were just to have fun over here but they are illegal!! so does anybody know what will happen to him cuz i feel like i am about to get a heart attack!!! i really dont want anything to happen to him !!!
so who knows what will happen will he go to jail or what ????

I work next door to a Federal Court House. There are men in dark suits that sit in the foyer area of the court house all the time. I see them everyday because they are housed with the Post Office. Are these guys Federal Marshals? What do they do? I know they carry weapons because I have seen them. Just wondered what their job description would be.

i parked in a disabled area and the traffic warden saw me as he was walking over he was writing what i assume was my registration number down however as he approached i attempted to drive away he procceded to jump in the way of the car and started to ask for my details i ignored him and drove round him and exited from the diabled bay and drove away can i still get done?????
