They both ststed false things that occured in an incident involving my two sons and another boy, the other boy they dropped all charges on,There was actual proof none of the three were involved.

Can u prove they knowingly commited the purgery?
Get a transcript of the case . then file in the aproprate court.
there is a time limit to deal with.

You are probably dealing with what some call
'small town justice" your kids buddies flipped on them and used them as the scape goats. The fact that a crime was committed and somebody had to pay is a fact. In small towns Sheriffs, prosecutors, judges are almost always elected by a small population that are almost always related if not good friends with one another. They need somebody to convict. Get a transcript of the trial appeal o a higher court but your pretty much screwed.

Looks like your sons buddies screwed him. That's life. You play you pay. When you play with the wrong people, not even your mommy can help you.

A person that is of legal age will face legal consequences.

That almost sounds Islamic, doesn't it?

Tell your offspring to put his head between his legs and kiss his azz goodbye. He made a choice, he knew what he was doing, he is going to pay.
