Hopefully, he'll just be fined, but if the judge is out to make him a lesson - who knows.
Not to be mean, but you really ought to consider getting a boyfriend who isn't into illegal items. And also one who'd be smarter than to try to take illegal things across a border.

He should be thrown in jail for the steroids, probably a felony right there. For trying to sneak into America illegally they should deport him.
