California, Florida, or any other state should have a minimum penalty of 10 year for possession of Cocaine. If you play them you have to pay.

Florida Dept. of Corrections motto is "Come on vacation, leave on probation, come back on violation." I don't know the sentencing guidelines or if you are a repeat offender or anything else that might play a role in determining your sentence, but Florida is WAY backward about drugs. If it was me, I would go to court in California.
