As a male lifeguard, in the summertime, I always drove home without a shirt on. People always said that I could be pulled over and given a ticket for that. I understand why it would be illegal for women but would it be for men as well? I have always wondered about that.

Maybe your lifeguard body is so awesome that if you drive without a shirt, women (and a few questionable men) will have pile ups on streets and freeways.

no it is not illegal for a man to drive without a shirt on. but i think out of respect for every one , the man should wear his shirt anyway.

In Ontario, Canada you wouldn't need a shirt (or shoes) for that matter.

Nowadays there r tons of women zipping around. Ur concern for life on the beach is touching.... how about caring for the women on the road...they really cud get distracted!
