I've seen too many questions directed towards minors that ask to be "online friends"
Either they're pedofiles themselves, or terrible at setting up stings.

I am not. I don't fully agree with "To Catch a predator" or perverted justice either.

Being the mother of a 13 year old that was molested, if they are police, I am glad they are on line looking for pedophiles. These predators aren't just in parks and malls anymore. They're everywhere kids are, including on line.
My daughter's molester served 14 years in prison and is now living on the other side of the state.
I thank God his "doings" didn't effect my daughter permanently. She is of sound mind, has a great job and best of all gave me a beautiful grand-daughter, now 7 years old.

Wouldn't be the cops... Detectives from the Youth Services units
The cops just fill paperwork, eat donuts and direct trafic

It's both. And I think that their should be better law enforcement towards online pedophilia that is occuring.
