This persons name is Paul Beverly, he is an antique dealer, currently he is in africa, on a dealer buying spree, I have talked to him for a while now, he got sick was in the hospital, he used all his money, so i am guessing he is broke, He wants me to give him my address so he can send me some money orders to cash and send the money back to him, I dont know this man well enough to do this, i only know him by computer, I no longer want him on my yahoo, or my ims either, is there any way some one can check into this person, and let me know if he is legal or not or a con artist, This is worring me quite a bit, i have an uneasy feeling about this man, He is currently in east africa, He was in a hospital over there, a dr by the name of Ed Morris was taking care of him, Dr Morris though i was Paul Beverly friend, because Paul told him this, I dont know this man, could u please help me to figure this out,Please send me a reply, sincerely Margaret

Trust your instinct. This sounds like a scam. You can right click on the name to delete _and block_ him. If you just delete him, you won't see him, but he will see when you are on. If you block him, he won't see when you are on. Reporting him to yahoo/MSN or to the computer fraud squad of the Police may also be a good idea.

You could go to Menu/Friends.

Select 'Ignore anyone who is ot in my Friends list".

If that doesn't work, change your ID and only give it out to a selective group — those who don't know the individual, if it's someone you know.

YOU WANT A BACKGROUND CHECK.....good luck with that.....delete his contact. FYI, not a Law enforcement issue. guess what? the US and Africa have separate law enforcement anyway.
