What can you do if the file they report is wrong and has errors?For example i got into wreck and was arrested for e revoked lic. but on the report it says for dwi. And no i have never got a dwi it was for no insurance. they also didnt get the right spot for the wreck and cited me at fault.

sue them for libel

ive goting tickets out of state . stuf like beening in a no truck zone .
and it show up as i run a stop light. call the cort were the ticket was filed and ask some one to help . and talk to a lawer to . was you arested for dwi/dui? if not i dont see how it could be on you . or i dont think so. but thay got a gun /a badge /billy stick /handcuffs. and some time it hard to prove them wrong was any one with you or seen it happen good luck GOD BLESS

If it was revoked due to a dwi then it will state that on your citation

the police record should then b changed
