Is it still considered Statutory rape If our parents consent to it in florida I don't know their laws

Not so sure about laws in Florida but, in my book, rape is rape! Parents have nothing to do with it! That said, if they were any sort of responsible parents, this would not be allowed!

If you are deemed too young to have sex with another, you are too young! That's all you need to know! Wait until you and/or the other person is of age and then do as you will, providing that both parties agree, give consent!

Otherwise, expect to see your sorryas* in jail. You can have a lot of fun there!

Yep, just because you don't know the laws or understand them doesn't mean they don't apply. If your to young to have sex than guess what.....YOUR TO YOUNG. Your partner can be tagged as a sexual offender for the rest of his life if charged with this crime. It's not worth it lady.
