we have had 3 arsons,my boyfriend been slashed 4 times we had break in's we moved this year now it followed us all because of a pedo that lived next door 2 us n they attackers are getin it wrong n the council or police have done absolutly nothing,our door is totaly stuffed n with a little push will be open n the council have told us to wait how pathetic is this with the council's today,anyones views i will appreciate.

So my friend's brother-in-law got arrested a few days ago for getting busted with weed and the intent to sell it. Not only did his parents bond him out, but his mom took him to Minnesota to reward his bad behavior. My question is this: He is out on bond for this and he got busted about a month ago riding a 4-wheeler on the streets then ran from the cops. So, are you even allowed to leave the state if you are on bond awaiting for your trial/hearing?

Security cameras on every street. Martial law restrictions (AKA) airport security. Police can stiop you just because you carry a bag. Bet you can add to this lisit - How do we make this country the land of the free

Civil Trial is in Texas. The witness has moved from the city where he was subpoenaed, but he is still within the State of Texas. He is the only witness I have. Judge had signed the motion to designate him as a responsible third party, is this enough?

i was driving in a closed community where they have their own security and regulations, and pretty much ive been going there for about a year, and recently i went 28 mph in a 15 mph zone and they caught me and gave me a ticket, they said i have two choices in regards to the ticket.

One, i pay $100 fine for the ticket
Or
Two, i schedule an appointment(which i did) and present my case in a panel of people who will decide whether to charge me the fine or not.

PLEASE I NEED HELP IN WHAT SHOULD I SAY AND DEFEND MYSELF SO I DONT GET THE FINE(i dont have the money to pay it)??

should i deny that i was speeding even though i got caught in the radar?? or persuade them in some way??

I recieved a parking ticket for parking in a handicapped spot. I didn't mean to but hey I know that's no excuse. The officer wrote the wrong date on the ticket. It was issued on 10/19 but he wrote 12/19 on the ticket. Is there any way I could fight this and not have to pay the $301.00 fine?

have the right to buy a hand gun ,when my boyfriend soon to be husband that lives with me,has a felonie on his record granted it was a non violent felonie at 16 but he was still charged as a adult now he is 24 and im worryied that i might or he might go to jail if i buy one in a few months. does non-violent felonies drop from you record eventually or do they stick for life i live in the state of NC my husband stole a car in red neck ville SC were they like to charge 12 year olds as adults for an bag of pot!so how does that exactly work ?

I let my license get suspended for the 2nd time. The first time it was suspended for letting my insurance lapse on a financed car.

This time, it was due to several tickets that I didn't get a chance to pay yet. ($450 worth). Will there be a warrant out for my arrest, or any other reprocussion, or can I just pay them when I get the cash?

In my city there was a small disabled boy put in a burning , locked shed by a group of children ages 7 to 10. They proceeded to run in circles around the shed screaming and laughing. This attracted some adults who saw the flames then ran and heard faint screams of the child laying inside the smoke filled shed. Has anyone has experience of having an incorrect fare on London Underground and been prosecuted for it? On what grounds did the proscecution happen? What was the outcome? On what grounds did the prosecution not succeed?

The reason I ask is because of a situtation that has occured in which I think a friend is being prosecuted for a complete accident on their part, and who is concerned about the outcomes.

I am a new law enforment officer. I have gone though college and have a degree in law enforcement I have done a cadet program and I have many other certifications for the field. With all that aside I feel real life experiance is the best thing and I was hoping to get some advice from anyone in the field.
