go to a public library and read all recent arrests as far back as you want to go.

A lot of times if you look up the county you are in you can fnd arrest reports...
Like n my county you can only search for people that have been arrested thta are still in jail...but where i used to live you can search like 5 years back...
Just go to Yahoo Search and type (your county) sherrif's office or (your county) jail and you should be able to find them there

this would be considered public records. Bring up your local newspaper or go to the courthouse
