would have to say yes, because there's not much tolerance towards people from Caucausian countries (Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia), towards Afro people and towards people from south-east Asia (Vietnam)

In a way. They don't like some of their people because they want to break away from Russia and they want to make their own country. That's about all I know though. Putin doesn't like the idea.
