Lets start with you're toast unless you get a attorney...FAST.
Once you spend thousands on your poor judgment, I suggest you put your tail between your legs and just move on.
Hope this helps.

um, I think you left something out. Having a restraining order on you doesn't mean you're going to court. It only means you have to stay away. And, I think it would be good poetic justice if she posted stuff about you in return. On the other hand, returning evil for evil isn't the best either.
well, I missed the part about cheating somehow. She's obviously moved on. Lose women that cheat or you'll wind up on Maury doing a paternity test LOL!

the only reason why she would go back to trial is to extend the restraining order. If I were you i would apologize to her, get over her and move on with your life. if she put a restraining order on you and cheated on you, then chances are she wants nothing to do with you and i think that you should leave her alone

No, that may no longer cheating. that's, despite the fact that if, flirting, i.e., finding out the waters and making it sparkling that he's interest if the prospect provides itself. "merely kidding," he says? The truest issues are often pronounced in jest. 2 issues which you would be able to contemplate: a) the certainty which you're monitoring his MySpace interactions tells me you do no longer have faith him. possibly you're clever to no longer have faith him, yet i've got have been given to ask your self whether according to hazard you're being slightly jealous and possessive and clingy. b) the certainty that he gets jealous in case you're saying a action picture action picture star's warm tells me 2 issues approximately this guy: at the beginning, he's extremely immature and insecure. No actual guy could be even a splash bit stricken by way of his female chum asserting a action picture action picture star's warm. Secondly, the certainty that he's so jealous is a sturdy indicator that he's the cheatin' form. people who cheat (or who could cheat) are continuously paranoid that their companions are cheaters too. Why? via fact despite the fact that in case you spot your self is the way you spot the worldwide. In summation, i think of according to hazard the two one among you have gotten a splash turning out to be as much as do till you are able to now be in a committed dating. i do no longer propose that in the time of a disrespectful way. we've all been there.

Hmmmm....I think I would come up with a really good story and I think I would remove the pics....then maybe write why you put them there....so if you DO go to court, you can say that you have a public apology there instead. That will make you look better....But the damage is done...All you can do is try to make it better....
Best wishes.

I don't know where you live, but in my state a restraining order doesn't require a court appearance unless you are contesting it. My advice is, don't contest it and stay the hell away from her. Problem solved. And next time someone betrays your trust, don't drop to their level and betray theirs. In my book, you both behaved badly.
