My brother-in-law was told that a notary can complete sections II and III. I am trying to tell him that only the employer is supposed to do that. It says so on the I-9 (Employment verification).

Yesterday December 30, my 8 year old son was playing with is brand new $165 skateboard. He was told to bring everything inside and put it away. That was around 5:15pm. This morning the skateboard, which my son thought was in the garage is gone. I either suspect he left it out front on or near the sidewalk leaving it open for anyone living in our area to just pick it up and take it. We live in an area which has no through streets so anyone passing our house has to pretty much live on our block or the 3 other dead end streets. If it was stolen, we suspect an older child who showed interest in the skateboard yesterday, asking questions like how much it cost. What steps should I take in tryng to find my son's skateboard? Should I approach the boy who we suspect might have taken it and question him, call the police, please give advice, thankyou.

I have mixed feelings about this. A coward implies a weak person who is easily intimidated and doesn't fight back. Terrorists seem to do the opposite; they are not intimidated because if they were they would not be planning and doing their attacks and they do indeed fight back instead of sitting in a corner.

What terrorists do might be considered immoral and brutal but I don't think "cowards" are the right name to use for them.

It is not just drugs but also these people give beer and cigarettes to minors that stay outside of my neighbors home all day playing music loud and cursing. But the best part is that the house is not even for the people that are doing these things, it is for an old lady and now because I called the cops on her and them she wants to file harassment charges against me.

I got traffic violation ticket in the state of California. On the papers after my arraignment it said within 45 days after I am arraigned that I shall have a trial and if it is after 45 days then the charges will be dismissed.

So my arraignment was on November 15th and my trial date fell on December 26. Then I get a letter saying the judge has moved the trial date to Dec. 31, without my consent by the way. A total of 47 days. However when I talked to the judge about dismissing the case he said that since the 45th day fell on a weekend, they were "allowed" to move it to a business day without any violations of my rights.

Should my case still be dismissed? Does the 45th day falling on a weekend have anything to do with my rights still being violated? I want to appeal this case based on that but I can't find any where online about the last day falling on a weekend.

My grandmother is 80 years old, and wants to create a last will and testament to declare how she wants her estate distributed after she dies. She would like her will to be on videotape, and has asked me to determine if that is possible. So is it? We live in Maryland if the law differs from state to state. I simply need to know how to make a legal videotaped last will and testament. Thank you ahead of time for your help!

My daughter is 17 and rides bulls on the APRA and with other local rodeo associations here in Pa. We have petitioned the High School Rodeo to allow her to ride there, but because they are not associated with High school, they are not covered under Title IX. At least, we don't think so. We are required to have passing grades and we are required to get a signature from our principle to allow kids to ride in High School Rodeo, but both the High School and Little Britches rodeo associations are refusing to allow girls to ride. Next Sept. my daughter will be 18 and plans to get her PRCA and her PBR challenger card in Jan. of 2009. I don't understand why they would not want to give girls the same opportunities as boys. I feel its a great discrimination case, but unfortunately we can't afford to finance a lawyer to take the case. My daughter wants to ride bulls in College and Title Ix will give her that chance, but High school rodeo doesn't seem to care. Any help would be appreciated.
