My gf watch oprah all the time and she started to tell things that Oprah has been saying, bad mouthing men mostly and I just snap. How much time if any I'm looking at?

Rick,,,,in all honesty, if you actually go into court and try blaming Oprah for your domestic violence, I have only one thought for you . JOB SECURITY.

If you beat your girlfriend, you are a dumba$$. If you blaming Oprah for beating your girfriend--you are a bigger dumba$$. If you are lying just to put something on yahoo answers--guess what--you are still a dumba$$ and deserve to be alone.

i think you should absolutely blame oprah. the judge will see that it's your best defense and sentence accordingly.

Whatever you do, dont blame Oprah. I have watched Oprah and have never done anything she's said. Your former gf is kind of stupid for quoting someone to you. I'm not saying she deserved to get hit-but it certainly didnt do her any good-did it? I dont know where you are or if this is your first offense. The judge will let you know how long you'll be in jail. Remember not to drop the soap in the shower.

You'd probably get less time if you took responsibility for your own actions. Blaming Oprah for you hitting your girlfriend is the same as the moon causing my car to run out of gas. It's idiotic.
