what does it mean when court case says case certified?

That the court has received the pleading, that the clerk certifies it's been properly filed, and that service has been properly effected on the other party, so the case is "good to go".

AS RICHARD SAID HERE ON YAHOO.IT MEANS THE CASE IS READY FOR TRAIL.OR DISMISSAL.AND EVERYTHING IS SET IN MOTION.
