I am under 18 and wondering if there are exemptions to the "no person under 18 is allowed to drive past midnight rule." If anyone knows a site with info about this I would be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.
P.S Slightly urgent.

Nope - but check with your local transit authority many are offering free rides after 12 to cut down on drunk driving and reduce road congestion.

None.

But, most cops won't bother to pull you over about it, and even the few that do will let you off with a warnign if you have a good excuse. "good excuse" means work, family emergency, or school event, most definitely NOT a new year's eve party.
