No, I'm 17 and my ex signed away MY four month old and 2 days later wanted to move in w/ me and stay with him... no chance in hell!

Usually not. But a few states are starting to change the law so that if your child doesn't get adopted in 3 years, they can "unterminate" and give the parent the opportunity to work toward getting their child back again.

I will try to find a link concerning this.

But the idea will probably spread to other states!

parental rights being signed away means that you no longer have custody of the child meaning that you have signed your child away to these people. NO it cant be regained
