I won't turn 18 until August 2008 and I would like to know since in a month I will be a High School graduate if I am an adult or not? I'd like to move out of my mother's care and get my own apartment and live on my own. Am I able to do this?

chucklebee (current govenor of arkansas and wants to be your president) hatred for bill clinton(former govenor of arkansas and former president)
is so great that when rapist and killer wayne demond was up for parole in the (murder and rape of a woman that was a distant cousin of the clintons),was denied parole by the parole board.
chucklebee was so outraged that he said to the parole board either you let this man out or i will commute his sentance, claiming that this convicted rapist and killer was "railroaded by the clintons" in this conviction.the parole board caved in to govenor chucklebee and sent this criminal free.
some time later the freed rapist strikes again and murders and rapes another woman
this is unconsinable that chucklebee would have this killer set free simply because he hates the clintons so much.
is this the man you want as your president?
do you think this man is a christian?
simply disgraceful

A man who is running for Mayor locally has begun a telemarketing campaign where he is calling every single local number he can get his hands on and leaving his "vote for me!" voice mails to everyone.

I have called back the number that comes up on my caller ID and it goes straight to a voice mail. I have left numerous messages on there telling them to take my number off their list, that it is a private number, it is on the National Do Not Call List, and that it is a cell phone which means I am the one paying for their wasting of my minutes to check and erase my voice mails.

They have been calling for weeks, several times a day leaving these messages, and will not stop even after MANY requests to do so.

(If this helps, it is the "Rick Reed For Mayor" campaign in Fort Pierce, FL.)

A general estimate is that 13 million Native Americans were exterminated by the expansionist white Americans. Some figures put it at close to 60 million, when you add in diseases like VD, chicken pox, measels. Has the white population ever admitted to the crime? Have they ever apologised? We live in a nice quite middleclass neighborhood & a intruder broke into my neighbor's house & their son was home alone & asleep in his bedroom .The guy must have woke him & he got out of bed w/baseball bat & beat him & his friend one of them is in I C U at the hospital & the other is just in the hospital being treated.From what i have heard he busted one of their heads in a real bad way and mess up the others shoulder real bad with the bat--then he put large cable ties on their hands & cut all their afro hair off b4 calling the cops.He is at the station & has been down there since it happen abot 11am this morning.He usually at church w/family at this time every sunday but he had to work late & they let him sleep in (he got hm @4am )but i'm worried he may everything he has worked so hard to finish college this spring & is going into the Naval academy.He may have been better off just to have shot them.

On Dec. 30, 2005, I was a bad accident. I was traveling to Chicago on 294. The weather was wet, cold and slick. I was coming up the way when I car merged through the orange barricades in an attempt to exit an ramp that had already been blocked. All of traffic was going and at normal pace but when I saw this car I attempted hit my breaks as quick as I could, I tried to go left but oncoming traffic was coming and of course barricades were to the right. I attempted to blow my horn but it was too late.. I had no choice but run right into the car. A car hit me and another car hit them, I think it was 4 cars. Anyway, My car was totaled. I was in a very totaled car. The driver jumped out of the car and yelled and screamed ...did I not see him. I feel he caused the accident. I got an ticket failure to reduce speed plus the others but I believe he got an ticket for improper use of lane... I don't know. But my insurance has cover 50/100 but now they are coming after me. I have no money at all.

Contractors dug up our road on behalf of Thames Water. The day after they blocked the road due to heavy plant and machinery being present my car parked got a lovely bump on it. Spoke to foreman said it might have been them - but subsequently denied. As contractors did not put up signs informing other drivers of this temporary block to access - cars and lorries were performing 3 point turns all day. This is where I think the bump may have came from.

Even though the contractors say it has nothing to do with them I am sure they have breached a duty of care and I can still chase this with them. So far they have replied to one of my letters saying nothing to do with them - the other letter was not replied to!

Any ideas would it be possible to threaten legal action or am I justing wasting my time?

I got arrested for drunk and disorderly. Ive got a court date and im wondering whether ill get a prison sentence or just fined ,it seems wierd having to go to court i thought it was just on the spot fines. the police officer said id have to have been arrested about 30 times for d and d before id go to jail but im not sure i believe him . anybody else been in this situation?

my husband is active duty military .we had just recived our taxes for 07.we had had them all of 2 weeks when his father had a massive heart attack .we didnt waiste anytime and took our tax money and flew out the verry next day (we were to late and died b4 we even got in the air ).we payed cash ands didnt keep our receipts (but im wrkn on gettning something from S.W.air)we spent almost all of our tax return and would like to see if we can get it back somehow ...any ideas on what to do ?or if its even possiable?thank you for reading !

For instance if I were to find a wallet that belonged to someone identified in the wallet do I legally need to return it. Or if I were to locate a bag of money somewhere and there was nothing more that an adress written on the bag am I legally responsible to return it?

I was arrested in California in Nov 2006 for an assault and battery (argument for mom) when the courts found out I had a warrant in Florida. They detained me and I bailed out with permission of a judge to resolve Florida issue. The judge made it clear that she would dismiss my case in California if I took care of the issue in Florida. Now I find out I have a warrant in California for misdemeanor assault & battery for not appearing to a court date. I was not notified I had a court date and assumed this issue had been taken care of because of a public defender I was dealing with. Will I be taken to jail if I go to California to resolve this? What are my options?

...back in 1993. The story is messed up, because he was a young adult and babysat these seven year old twin girls for years (friends of the family). I was around from time to time, I knew that the parents were drug addicts that seemed like they could care less about the kids.
Anyway, the parents accused him of molesting (not sex) the kids during a bath.
My friend was interogated literally all night, told that if he didn't plead guilty to one count that he was going to get both counts put on him and face ten years plus.
He finally did "confess" to one count and got 2 1/2 years in prison, and was on the state registry until last year (there's a law that if a crime happened before 1995, they don't have to register anymore).
Did i mention that he had a criminal past (small stuff, not sexual crimes) in the past? My town is only 10,000 people...so the cops know people. I think his reputation proceeded him. The cops didn't like him or his family. Why they would take known meth heads'

long it should take for child support to come out of his pay check? He was court ordered to have the child support be deducted and the paper work was sent to his company November 15, 2007 but i still have yet to see any of it? he is not paying while waiting either.
