can you have a person with you in a meeting of your peers as a non biased person?

If you are called into a meeting as a target of two different organizations.. can you bring a person with you.. is it legal?

It may not be legal. But you CAN bring your attorney with you. In order to give you a better answer, I need to know the organizations involved and their individual policies on such "meetings."
