no you may not. You can get one or the other but not both at the same time.

Don't try it. If you do and get caught, then you will lose both benefits as unemployment is for those out of a job and both willing and able to find another job. Work comp is for those unable to work due to illness or injury suffered on the job.

Don't think your employer's lawyer won't check to be sure you are not double dipping.

No. You are required to claim all income from any sources when on unemployment. If you are unable to work, you cannot claim unemployment.

No you must be able to work to draw unemployment.
