Yes, I consider everyone a decent person until they prove otherwise. Although I would never want to consume deer meat or hunt, they are arguably healthier practises then the modern industrial equivalent of farming and are less destructive and cruel. I don't condone hunting, but given the choice between you going and buying factory farmed meat every time you want to make a burger or only eating meat when it has come from a single deer that was shot after it lived it's life out in the wild, it is obviously the better choice. Also, I have my own pet chickens and eat eggs from them, so I know they are treated well. If you want to consume eggs then you should find a local farmer but until then, you're smart for staying away from them. Dairy production is just as cruel as egg production and I know it's probably harder for you to give up cheese than it is to give up eggs but it's just something to look into if you're interested. I don't eat milk products or drink milk because of how dairy cows are treated.

No. But it still is an antisocial act. What makes an action a murder? The answer is simple: the society. If you lived in a place where it's a normal thing to pull out a gun and shoot anyone, that wouldn't be a murder. Or, it would be called a "murder", but it would have a diffrent emotion attached to it. But it's still an antisocial act, because the society respects the bodies of dead people. That's why cemeteries exist. I hope it answered to something.

No. This is a retarded question and a sad attempt at creating controversy. Dont shoot the corpse... just take the cash out of his wallet and call 911.

No, you may be charged with other crime like mutilation of a corpse and if you don't report finding the corpse to the police, that can be a crime too.

If it can be proven that the person was already dead, then it would probably considered abuse of a corpse.
Why in the world are you discussing a situation like this?

No, murder is killing someone. To kill them they have to be alive first
That would be mutilation of a corpse, which is a still felony in many areas.

Of course not. However I'm sure there is a law or two against mutilating corpses.

No, but it would be immoral and inhumane. I can't even imagine who in their right mind would even want to know such a thing
