Our store recently had a store wide sale. My co worker priced some chairs to a customer and I then sold them to the customer at that price. Owner is furious and acting like we took the money. I told them to call the customer all the money was there. Is this considered embezzellment fraud or theft? Because they sure are acting like it!!

i have intermittent fmla. my boss is constantly complaining about time i'm missing, how she has to reschedule if i miss a meeting with her, is always asking me if i "plan" on leaving early today, she is making all kinds of references in my files about time i am missing. told me she made her boss aware of my "problems", etc. I work for a big corporation and all my fmla paperwork etc is thru hr, not her, so i'm not sure how much she even knows about my condition. the time i am missing is affecting my % of worked time to break time, and she is leading me to believe that my job is in jeopardy because of this.

at school my roommate and i got into a fight and i had a knife. The police got inolved and she told them i threatened her but i NEVER did. i was charged with agg. assault and she was only simple battery. I am a first time offender. we both had to spend the night in jail and then had a hearing the next morning. we were officially released. i now have a court date coming up. What most likely will happen at court? will i have to go back to jail?

The Police are treating it as domestic violence. I have 2 young children whom i have at the weekends. We have found out recently that 1 of the children is mine and the victims son. If i goto prison i will lose everything, job, flat, car etc, etc.

I was thinking about setting up a webcam to look outside the window on my street, and have it update th image every 5 seconds or so, and have it on the net so my friends across the world could see live imagery ouside. So, I was wondeirng if my neighbors or anything could call the police on me if I am just recording the street? The camera sort of aims over their front yard and into the street.

He managed to get Governor Davis recalled because of an $8billion State debt.
He promised to fix that. When he didn't, he promised that passing $50billion in bond issues ($100billion to pay off) would fix everything.
California still has a debt of over $8billion and growing plus the obligation to pay $100billion against his bonds, and budgets are still being slashed.
Who got the money?
You'd think California would have learned after the first fiasco with an actor that they don't know what they are doing.
Where is all the bond-issue money?????

Here's my situation- I have owned my current, brand new vehicle for 4 months. I got rear-ended on Nov. 6, and the guy's insurance company is from North Carolina. I'm in Arkansas. The insurance company says that they don't pay for the decreased value of a damaged vehicle in that state. They also want to send me a check to cover the repair bill instead of directly paying the shop who will fix my car. This check won't even come close to covering the cost, all they are going off of is a visual inspection with pictures that a guy took. And they won't send this small check until I sign a release stating that I release them from all future claims. I told the guy he was crazy and I wasn't signing anything until I found out exactly how much it would be to fix it. He said that is just the way they do it in North Carolina. Well, I was hit in the state of Arkansas, and I also live in the state of Arkansas. Don't they have to go by the laws of Arkansas? It's not my fault the guy is from NC.

Ok here is the skinny as of late I have pretty much been self classifying myself as "governments toilet paper" the reason I say that is because it seems that every fricking government office as of late, have been either putting me on the back burner, throwing excuses at me to avoid me.
