And what kind of advertisement of American justice is it, when they punish you first and ask you to defend your self afterwards?

Was the system perhaps designed in Saudi Arabia?

Violations are the product of someone hitting the "report" button. I have had some and won a few on review, and lost some. If more than one member reports a post, it's likely to be removed. Some questions are from people who have nothing better to do than "play" in the Forum. May be "innocent" questions but make no sense or are posted in duplicate. Many Top Contributors are targeted due to jealousy. Since I don't get paid for answers, I just let it slide and go on.

There is no "system" on YA. Violations pretty much boil down to immature people disagreeing with someone. Instead of debating a counterpoint, they take the childish route and report a violation. Ironically, some of the most self-righteous posters are also the biggest abusers.

The readers and participants on the forum decide who gets violated.

If you are "flagged" or get too many "thumbs down" you are electronically violated.

It's all automatic. Yahoo has nothing to do with it.

I asked the same question and got a lot of rude answers and got reported for perfectly innocent questions. I think it must be a conspiracy against anyone who has something more interesting or intelligent to say then them.

It was designed by jews in israel! They then sub contracted it out to the people in India! And this is the final result! Usually they will wait until you get to about level 4 or 5 and then they yank the rug out from under you by suspending you with no warning what so ever!
