It's likely that her parole/probation conditions will state that she is not to associate with anyone on probation or parole while she is under probation/parole. Unless you are currently on either, she won't be in violation by associating with you.

If you are married before she gets out, then they won't be able to restrict you from being together, even if you are currently on probation/parole.

It's likely that a condition of her probation or parole would be not to associate with convicted felons. I don't know if they will do a half-way house or not, and the marriage idea is very interesting. It may work, but if she's only going for a few months, I don't think that's enough time to do all of the paperwork required and get permission for a prison wedding.
Is her living with you, a felon, the reason she is going back to prison? How did you get away with it for two years?

Unfortunately there's nothing that you can do. Felonies don't go away even if they were committed 15 years ago. And you are warned to not consort with another felon... so there's nothing that can be done at this point. Sorry.
