No you will have to go to court, resolve your traffic issues and pay back fines and court fees. The sooner the better, interest will be applied to back fines and fees.

No. Suspensions in Florida are indefinite and require action on the part of the license holder for further action. You will have to first pay the fines, get a "letter of compliance" from the court that imposed the fees, then apply to the Driver's License Division, and pay a re-instatement fee. Good luck.

You have to pay the fines before the suspension will be lifted.
Also, be aware that non-payment of the fines can get you jail time, too.

It's your responsibility to get them from the dealer, and turn them in. Once the state issues the plates in your name, they're YOUR PLATES and your responsibility. Go down to the dealer, get the plates, take them to the DMV, and turn them in. That's how you fix this.
