Was the bid to Impeach President Clinton successful? President Clinton was brought through the Impeachment process, but he was found not guilty of any crimes, he then was censured for lying under oath about a sexual liaison with an intern who was a willing participant in the affair. There was no evoked power to remove him from office, he served out his term and in fact would have been eligible for seeking re-election if it had not already been his second term. So why would Conservatives want to portray this Impeachment historically as successful? I would say that historical record should indicate clearly that the defendant was found not guilty and therefore the Impeachment by the prosecution was unsuccessful. In the arraignment process of felonious crimes a grand jury would be presented with evidence to determine if the defendant should be arraigned and tried for crimes, if the out come of that trial failed to produce a guilty conviction there would be no record.

My son is 17 his father (my ex husband) was killed by a vehicle whilst on holiday in the USA 3 and half years ago.... my ex husband re married and adopted her son and had a child together with this woman....

What i am asking if any insurances were paid out to his existing family upon his death is my son entitled to proceed with a claim for a share of it ..... and if so how long would he have to claim....

My mum was the executor of My Great Aunt's will - we were both left £1000, now my mum has apprently spent the money on paying rent that she was the guarantor for. Is this classed as theft, can I have her prosecuted and get my money somehow?
I asked her countless times before the money was 'spent' to arrange to meet with me to hand it over, and repeatedly refused - help please!!!

I was working for my husbands step father and mother. I have worked for all my wages and did not get any pay? From 13 to 18 hours a day 7 days a week. (I was the only one who was running the store for 3 months) I was cooking on the grill all day, cleaning the whole store daily, restocking daily and doing the register all day. I sent off a wage claim form and they sent me a letter and they told me that there is a chance of not collecting any from the employer. I need help because this is the first time that I had anything to do with this kind of stuff!!!

How many were there WITH the death penalty still in effect?

I was parked on a cobbled section beside an entrance. I took photos that clearly show the curb behind my car so I was not on the footpath. I was not blocking the entrance. I was about 6ft from the road beside a wall. I have taken photos including one of another car which i about the same distance away from the road blocking an entrance and he did not recieve a ticket.

Have a got a case to appeal?

I hated them since the RIAA Started suing preteens and teens. I turned against the Law Enforcement and do anything to verbally hate any police that arrests file sharers, and file downloaders.

I hate the fact Police Have to OBEY The Law made by stinken congressman and congressKKK. They pass stupid laws and then make the police arrest people that don't like our laws.

That's a dictatorship or communism to get police to arrest file shareres.

I SUPPORT LEGAL FILE SHARING. Is that why people hate the cops cause they want to ruin filesharing, and downloaders, and data miners.

I had sent a Speed Post Money Order from Delhi of Rs. 3000/-to my daughter in Mumbai who is a student of TISS.. Even after a month that could not be delivered. But after constant pursuation of Postal higher authorities I was paid back the ammount of Rs. 3000/-. But I was not paid my MO charges of Rs.150 + speed post charges Rs.12 and my other expences to constently contacting my daughter over mobile phone, penal intrest and charges for spending many man hours and all hastles I had faced. Kindly advise how to go about and to get compensated and what shall be the ammount that I should claim?

so i live in California i am 20 male and my girlfriend is 16.
at 1st her parents were ok with me because they heard im a good guy from a lot of people ...
but all of a sudden they changed their mind and told her we cant see each other or even talk.. or they will get a restraining order on me ...
we dont have sex and dont plan on it ..
so im just wondering what can really happen to me since were not having sex , and im good to her ...

My husband is a disabled vet. He was determined 100% disabled by the military, and he gets veterans pay. He was told to go apply for SSD, but they turned him down. So we got a lawyer. It has been two years now and we still haven't heard anything. Does anyone know how long we have to wait?

My dad stopped paying child support when I was 1 y/o and now I'm 18 in college and getting ready to have a child of my own. I visited my dad up until I was 9 b/c he was an alcoholic and so 9 y.o until 13 I didn't see him but in the 8th grade I started seeing him again. Anyways I HARDLY talk to him and he really doesn't give me any good advice, he's always asking me for money and such and I want to sue him for my child support I'm owed.

Only problem is I'm too nice and everytime I do go visit him I always feel bad for thinking about it. But at this point in my life I need it more than ever. So should I sue him to get the child support that's owed to me even though it would probably ruin our somewhat relationship?

Currently he's able to pay all his bills but after that he's left w/ very little money.

Also if I did sue how could I do it where I can get all the money at once instead of over a period of time?

HE GAVE ME A COMPUTER WORTH $899.00 AND HAD ME PAY $1,850. CASH...BEFORE HE WOULD BUILD IT. THE PERSON WHO ORDERED THE COMPUTER HAD HER TELEPHONE ON SPEAKER SO THERE ARE WITNESSES TO THE TRANACTION AND WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF THE PACKAGE. HE STILL REFUSES TO PUT IN THE SOFTWARE ORDERED AND STATED I DID NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENS FROM DAY TO DAY...SINCE I AM RECOVERING FROM A BRAIN INJURY (THAT IS WHY A FRIEND ORDERED IT) HE IS NOW TELLING US NOT TO CALL OR ENTER HIS STORE ! I still have to fill out this form and sign it so the investigators can do their thing. The bank returned the money in 10 days so i am happy with that. But still ther is that whole process with the investigation and I hope they find the person. How does this process work. Also, I obviously reported this to the bank fraud department but i wasn't aware that I had to report it to the police. Will that present a problem. This occured in a different state...do I call their police??? Help.
