When someone is asked to rise and raise their right hand before God, to swear to uphold and defend their duties. No longer is this a proceedure required by the U.S. Postal Service. Why?

I want my kid to play soldier FIRST CLASS. He is 15. We have a big yard. There's no laws that say he can't shoot on our property.
I figure getting him this will not only make him really happy, but stick it in my lib neighbor's noses.

I got this "unregistered vehicle" ticket a few weeks ago... I went to the website, entered all the correct info and told me it could not find my ticket???

Also, the cop put the wrong address in the ticket....

Should I call the court? or should I not pay it ? = P

Anyone could have another innocent person arrested and treated like a criminal before the person is proven innocent in a court of law. Isn't that a contradiction?

If it was not for prostitutes (the oldest profession in the world) many people would go their whole life without sex. Humans need to have sex. It is part of being human. I think prostitution should be legal and regulated like any other service industry.

If people don't like Rush than make your own radio show. Why do people have to make a law to censor talk radio. This is the biggest form of censorship I've seen in a long time.

I need some help. A friend brought an informate to my house he didnt know he was an informate he gave him 1 oz of marijuana and now me and my spouse are getting charged with distribution and conspiracy. we never sold or gave this person anything. how can i beat this?? what could the outcome be??? what kind of evidence do they need to convict us of this??? plus when they came to my house they didnt even search it. if im i drug dealer why didnt they search my house???

I am doing research on a minor breaking out a couple of windows in his school and being arrested. Is this considered juvenile delinquency or does it have to be something more serious? Any sites that talk about juvenile delinquency in detail? What can parents do if their child is arrested for this? Is there any organizations or groups that can provide assitance?

Also, sense they talk like they're going to slove the nation's debt, they are going to need a lot of money. It seems that is will all be placed on the backs of those who are working legal citizens. Then those who CHOOSE not to get a job (I know there are some who can't labor) can sit on their cracks and reap the treasures of the working men and women. Unless they've got a better idea then raising the taxes.

I have applied for jobs that I know I have more experience and better qualifications than the "younger person" they hired. They can't come out and say it is because of my age but I feel it is, but how can I prove it. They can use any reason they want and it is still "age discrimination". Don't they realize and older person in most cases are more reliable and dependable than the younger generation?

most reps don't feel like they should pay SO

if a child is born and has no health care do we as a society just allow that child to get sick or possibly die or ....

we pay for education already, so would u have been against free education in the past?

old address. This person does have a PO Box, though I don't know the actual address. Is it okay to put the persons last known address on the form? Also, should I have it served by certified mail or by a sheriff?
