Im 19 and don't have a drivers license yet and I was wondering if a Birth Certificate would work or a combination of a birth certificate and an old High School photo id. If not what else might work

Any govt issed ID should work so use your passport or state ID. If you are in the military then use that ID.
Passport or state ID is the best way. Always have a back-up in case one gets lost of stolen.

It must be a government issued photo ID; drivers' license, state ID card, passport, military ID, etc. Federal law says these are all considered acceptable forms of ID for prooving age.

Don't know what state you live in but, some states provide non-drivers with an identification card that lists your age & has a photo of you; this is used instead of a drivers license. It can be obtained at the DMV in my state, IN.

Take your birth certificate and HS photo ID to your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. GET A STATE ISSUED ID CARD.
Night clubs can't, and won't accept your birth certificate.

Get your DL. They want an ID with photo. Passport won't work, even though it has a photo. A bc/school ID won't work.

It needs to be photo i.d., which you can get from your local Motor Vehicle Department. A passport will work, too.

check with your state---some states issue NON-DRIVER ID's which are similar to driver's licenses but are NOT for driving....

get a college/student id.
a passport DOES work it's a goverment approved document, many people that comes as visitors show their passports...of course if you have one.

You cannot drive without a license.
