More than anything, I want to learn about lock picking, as I'm very interested in locks. Also, just before I do anything rash, can you please reassure me that possession is legal in Texas. And, I can lock pick my own locks privately.

Ok this is going to sound unbelievable, but my neighbor's butchered chickens in their backyard yesterday. And before you ask, I do not live in a rural area, I live in Alexandria VA in a very expensive residential townhouse community. The people in question recently moved into a duplex that borders our community. I called the police and they said they can't keep chickens but there is no law against butchering them. However if I can catch them next time with the live chickens right before they kill them, then call and they will come out. But after they are dead, no crime. Come ON! This can't be right. Next can they start bringing in cattle and pigs and start processing them? Does anyone have any idea where I can start lodging complaints? This is unreal and I am totally freaked out about it.

Someone suggested I ask this under this category-
We were friends
He got married
They got seperated & moved into seperate apartments
We started dating. (he was dating another girl too)
He moved out of state to come live with me & my daughter.
This past year he and I had a daughter together
His divorce was never finalized & now she wants to.
I came across an email they had written to each other.
She needed to know our daughters date of birth and full name to file the paperwork.
So he emailed her back the info.

1. Why did she need that info?
2. If she is using it to file for divorce on the grounds he had an affair with me- what are the repercussions?
3. Is there anything I can do? They were seperated and living apart for a year before we even started dating- and then we dated over a year before our daughter was born.
4. They never had any children together
5. He dated other girls while they were seperated, not just me
6. She lives in Minnesota, him and I live in Michigan.

I am unhappy about the flagrant Islamic extremism that is infiltrating the UK

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2007/03/11/noxford11.xml

I have seen footage from inside major UK mosques preaching hatred toward non muslims, sexism, homophobia, disregard of english laws.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwMwJAorMG0

Why do so many Muslims who claim to be "Decent law abiding citizens" Empathise, sympathise or turn a blind eye to such activity and hatred.

I have heard of people being shut down by Law Enforcement for stocking large amounts of weapons. Would getting people together to set up protection for the future, would we be shut down?

I see Gangs as forms of Militias with illegal intent, but they are still around. Also, How far can Law Enforcement go into taking out gangs? Are they able to put money on the heads of all gang members? It wouldnt be for the intent to have civilians to go after the gangs, but for either State or Federal Factions to rid cities of gangs.

Like just say a country is a signatory to the UN Declaration of Human Rights, & it is found that this country is violating human rights (even though these human rights may not be implemented into their law), can people -within the country or outside - take action against the country?
International court?

or when a country signs a human rights treaty, does this just mean that the country will try to implement these human rights into their law?

today as I walked out the door to go to work this crazy dog runs up and starts barking and growling at me. I thought it wanted to attack me because it's fur was standing on end and the whites of it's eyes were showing. I got scared and kicked it in the head. It screamed and ran off. Later the owner came over and said that because I kicked her dog that it ran off and now she can't find it and she wants me to pay for "lost dog ads." Do I have to do this? Do you think she will sue me? I don't feel obligated to do this since I think it tried to bite me.

It has to do with child support payments. Child support has stopped due to the child being adopted, but now i am being ordered to pay back child support payments each month starting next month.

But, what does this part mean:

"Respondent is in contempt of court. The court will withhold sentencing on the contempt of court for a period of twelve months in order to give Respondent an opportunity to purge this contempt by making all payments as set forth herein. Should Respondent fail to purge his contempt of this court and fail to comply with any terms of this order, the court shall, wihtout requiring future notice, issue a warrant for the Respondent's arrest upon filling of an appropriate affidavit of non-compliance on behalf of Petitioner. Respondant shall thereafter be incarcerated in Jail until the court addresses Petitioner's comptemp charge and any other contempt charges that may then be pending."

In simple terms, what exactly does this mean?

Thanks for your time
